PEMCO now has TWO programs for college students. Participants learn insurance basics, earn competitive compensation and receive subsidized bus passes. Both programs last 12 weeks and typically begin in May or June, although start and end dates are flexible to sync with school schedules.
For freshmen and sophomores: We have openings in our Lynnwood and Spokane offices for Customer Service Associates. The PEMCO Gateway Program is a great way to gain experience in a corporate setting while working over holiday and school breaks. With incentives for returning each year, it’s perfect for students interested in actuarial science, accounting or finance.
For juniors and seniors: The PEMCO Internship Program offers opportunities to network within the company and community while completing resume-building projects with real impact. Students can choose from an array of fields in departments including IT, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition and Enterprise Services. Interns work at our Seattle office (South Lake Union).
