Early this month the College Services team partnered with Kristin Taylor to host a webinar on how you can build up your tools box.

A little bit about Kristin Taylor’s background, as a Narrative Therapist has shaped her work as a Life and Executive Coach and Student Success Consultant. She supports students, fellow coaches and clients in becoming liberated from the limited thinking habits, beliefs and personal narratives shaped by unprocessed emotions, like anxiety, fear and guilt. She is the author of re:MIND and re:MIND the Basics which are currently taught in college classrooms across the nation to support students in developing emotional resilience.
